WEDDING RATES - 2024/2025

BASE RATE:

$750 - Includes me, my keyboard (if needed), the first 3 requested songs + any prelude/processional I can create on my own (this does NOT include a sound system)
*This also includes rehearsal as long as I have an 16 week heads up on date, time + location.
*If it is less than 16 weeks till the rehearsal time, I cannot guarantee my ability to attend the rehearsal.
*If I am notified within 16 week timeframe + my schedule allows me to attend, I will be available for an additional $150 fee. Please contact me directly if this situation arises.

CONTENT + PERSONNEL ADD-ONS:

$100 - per extra song above 3 requested for ceremony 

$250 - per extra musician you’d like me to source (violin, percussion, acoustic, vocals, etc)
*You can also source these yourself + inquire with them about their individual rates if desired, I’m happy to coordinate with musicians + singers you know

$250 - I can play improvised instrumental music during a cocktail hour or similar time before the reception begins
*If you’re already adding a musician that I am sourcing, this can include them at no additional charge
*If you you’d like specific songs, or sung songs for the cocktail hour, please contact me to discuss the rate for this

$600 - I can stay for reception + sing/play for first dances, queue up a Spotify playlist for the background + do light emceeing for the bridal party (entrances, toasts, speeches, etc)
*I can emcee as long as I’m not playing/singing a live song during that particular moment

SOUND SYSTEM ADD-ONS:

$500 - I can provide small sound system for ceremony only 

$1250 - I can provide larger sound system for ceremony + reception if needed 
*this includes day rate for a dedicated sound technician (sourced by me) who will help me with set up + operate the system for both ceremony + reception
